Any time someone told me not to do something, I most usually did it anyways. I wasn't scared.

I was never really scared to jump into things I knew nothing about. If I wanted to learn bad enough, I knew I would figure it out some how, right? You only learn something by doing it, right?

While you're doing 'that thing' for yourself, you may tend to hear someone tell you 'no' pretty often. Or maybe more often than you think.

I sure as hell have never liked the feeling you get when someone tells me not do something just because THEY don't believed in it. This exchange isn't fair when your brains has already constructed a masterpiece - from your own self-constructed ideas.

Have you ever faced someone that told you no?

Let's elaborate on what I even mean by being told 'no.'

'No' can be statements such as:

"That's impossible"

"Yeah? You're going to do that?"

"....How?"

"You're crazy!"

"There's no way!"

"Are you serious?"

"Get a real job."

"You're just lazy."

"Oh that's cool..."

What the fuck is that? What do you do with those?

We've all heard them before. Even from our closest 'loyal' friends and yes, loved ones too.

You have a conscious. Being able to pick up these tones should not be too difficult.

Tones of uncertainty.

Tones of question.

Tones of resistance.

And worst of all, a tone of doubt.

When you interact with someone on these levels, you can go left or you can go right.

One direction features fear.

Fear is the doubt you've received from the wrong people in your life.

Fear is a product of what you invited into your domain.

Fear is the illusion of an outcome that you forgot you have control over.

Fear is the ultimate dream killer.

Your fear is not real. Yet, you experience anxiety, paranoia and depression. All self chemically induced explosions in your brain that make you sad and in a place of utmost discomfort.

The other direction quite simply leads to a much better place.

There really is no fear when you turn on the right path. The "Fuck you. I'm doing me" path.

The best direction for yourself is saying YES against the no-ers. When no one can fuck with you, you will reach a dangerous level.

When you say yes to yourself, you may encounter more failures and doubters, surely. You will face criticism for your own way of thinking.

People may try to stop you. Most of them won't even know that they are doing it. It happens so quickly and mostly at times...very gently.

You know what I mean.

It's a quick pass of judgement that's like a soft joke that gets lightly chuckled at. The slightest ignorant response can trigger immediate stress and disturb the peace in your mind. False words of encouragement is what I am talking about.

Yeah, words hurt. But are you going to let them stop you?

When they try and stop you, remember in that moment this.

It's your fucking fairytale.

No one get's to walk in and gets to dim your fucking shine.

No one get's to hear your self made ideas only to get ignored.

No get's to disturb your peace.

No one get's to write your story.

Here is a logical perspective.

You have this really awesome business idea. In fact, you have several ideas for this business you are visualizing.

So this idea you now have. Think of it like a project. You have to work, right? We really love to feel rewarded for our work, and yes, even our ideas. So we share them with everyone, right?

We get this overwhelming feelings of reward, satisfaction, acheivement or score, "whatever someone get me a fucking medal!", right?

So you go looking for it from your friends. Only they don't give you the medal you're looking for. Instead, the subject passes and you are no longer in high spirits because someone said you business idea was wack.

Hell, someone could have laughed from across the room because he's the 'jokester' of the group.

What happens when you don't get your metal? What happens when you don't get that shot of dopamine?

You fall off of your own wagon when someone shoots down your idea.

You're now so far away from getting more endorphins just because you let someone tell you 'no.'

Some one pissed on your idea or said something harmful to your thoughts. Someone knocked your way of thinking so it fucks with your brain and creates anxiety and paranoia at levels that go beyond where they should be.....unless, you choose to say no to them.

You have to chase your fucking dreams.

It might mean you ave to be a little more private.

It might mean you have to cut ties with friends.

It might mean a more difficult road.

Forget anyone that has every doubted you and forget the doubters in your life.

They don't know your perception.

They don't know of the challenges you have already faced.

They don't know how many people have already doubted you.

They don't know what you're made of.

They don't know your heart.

So follow your fucking heart.

Do it with a smile on your face and make them wonder how you came out on top without breaking. You can dream and achieve anything you want. Go get the real trophy that you deserve.

You just have to believe.

Don't be afraid to aim too high.

Don't give up. Do not ever give up.
