Several sources like CNN, Good Housekeeping, and People, have announced the recall of Children's Ibuprofen from several brands. Many news sources are providing the issued recalled lot numbers as well, thankfully.

Children's Ibuprofen has been used to treat pain and typical fever or cold symptoms.

I can only imagine anyone with children may be a bit hesitant to buy the next shipment coming off the line. I have a suggestion for those in worry.

Elderberry is a natural antioxidant that had been known to even kick cold and flu symptoms. Although it is not known to reduce pain symptoms, yet it is a powerful anti-inflammatory which leads to several other health benefits when considering gut health.

Several studies has shown many benefits elderberry can have on the brain. Elderberry contains phenolic acids that helps reduce oxidative stresses in the body, restoring healthy oxygen levels in your brain. So it's possible elderberry could 'fix' a migraine as well.

Mother Mag elaborates how natural healthcare is being practiced more and more at home to battle typical illnesses.

You can find elderberry for infants, young children and even adults, just about anywhere.

Elderberry can be found at your local pharmacy like CVS, Walgreens, or Rite Aid. I have been able to find Elderberry at just about any grocery store. You can always locate your nearest GNC or Vitamin Shoppe as well as they typically have Sambucus brands available.

Concentration and potency must be monitored as consuming too much of this extract can be harsh on your system as it is a powerful antioxidant. So follow the directions when you choose your Elderberry products.

Give the natural route a try. Your children are probably better off by not consuming any chemicals anyways.
